Thermo-formable PA/PE or PA/PP bottom film is used for vacuum packaging. Used for packaging: fresh meat, poultry, cold and smoked meats and maturing cheese, fresh and frozen and smoked fish, seafood, ready meals, culinary products, fruits and vegetables, and bread. Top PA/PE or PP/PA cover film is used to close the vacuum package from the top on roll machines carrying the product. On request, we print on the film according to the customer’s design.

Vacuum packaging bags provide an oxygen barrier. Due to the fact that it is insulated from external conditions, the packed product remains fresh for much longer, does not dry out and does not lose its taste qualities. For the production of vacuum bags, we use films of various thicknesses from 60- to 200 MIC, depending on the customer’s needs and the type of products packaged. On request, we print on bags according to the customer’s design. Application: fresh meat, cold meats, fish, pickled products, peeled vegetables.

Shrink film is characterised by low sealing temperature, high tensile strength and very high transparency. Production range from 50 to 2500 mm in width. Thickness from 0.020 to 0.300 mm, made in three- layer co-extrusion technology. The hoods perform insulating functions. It is an ideal solution for the protection of materials, susceptible to all weather conditions such as moisture, dust or mud. Standard hoods – two side folds “Y” type hoods – one upper fold
