Thermo-formable PA/PE or PA/PP bottom film is used for vacuum packaging. Used for packaging: fresh meat, poultry, cold and smoked meats and maturing cheese, fresh and frozen and smoked fish, seafood, ready meals, culinary products, fruits and vegetables, and bread. Top PA/PE or PP/PA cover film is used to close the vacuum package from the top on roll machines carrying the product. On request, we print on the film according to the customer’s design.

Vacuum packaging bags provide an oxygen barrier. Due to the fact that it is insulated from external conditions, the packed product remains fresh for much longer, does not dry out and does not lose its taste qualities. For the production of vacuum bags, we use films of various thicknesses from 60- to 200 MIC, depending on the customer’s needs and the type of products packaged. On request, we print on bags according to the customer’s design. Application: fresh meat, cold meats, fish, pickled products, peeled vegetables.

Shrink film is characterised by low sealing temperature, high tensile strength and very high transparency. Production range from 50 to 2500 mm in width. Thickness from 0.020 to 0.300 mm, made in three- layer co-extrusion technology. The hoods perform insulating functions. It is an ideal solution for the protection of materials, susceptible to all weather conditions such as moisture, dust or mud. Standard hoods – two side folds “Y” type hoods – one upper fold

Bags made of laminates can be transparent or in full printing up to 8 colours. Types of bags: flat bag bag with side fold bag with two folds

We produce packages out of multilayer laminates overprinted using flexographic technology, type PET/PE or PA/PE/PET. We apply high quality materials with relevant certificate for food contact. Depending on application, we can make the overprint in 8 colours. We offer complete preparation of overprint, consultancy, designs and matrixes. Packages produced that way are adjusted to individual Customer needs and requirements.

Our offer includes, amongst the others, services within the range of cutting as well as winding the foil and paper. We have modern machines intended for cutting the films on the widths from 30 mm – 1600 mm, in the way defined by our Client. All our machines are equipped both with circular knifes and blades (tolerance +/- 1,5 mm). We are the manufacturer of the PET plastic insert for crates for grapes, plums, apricots, peaches, nectarines, etc. fruit. The inserts can have dimensions of up to 1.5 m and a width of 12 - 15 cm, depending on the customer's needs. An additional option is wave at the top of the insert. PET inserts with or without print. PET inserts are 180 mic / 200 mic thick. They are packed in 1,000 pieces per box. A declaration of compliance for contact with food is issued for each production.
