DUBACID also know as LABSA, ABSA (alkylbenzene sulphonic acid) is a valuable organic compound. DUBACID is obtained by sulfonation of linear alkylbenzene and utilized as a core component in the manufacturing of detergents, surfactants for ore cleaning, rubber mix modifiers, and as a foaming agent in producing urea formaldehyde foam and foamed plastic. Note that urea formaldehyde foam insulation is a used as material for weatherizing residential and industrial buildings. This means that LABSA is key to preserving our planet’s energy resources. DUBACID looks like a viscous fluid with a characteristic smell, from brown to almost black in color (this depends on the basic substance content). LABSA 96 % and LABSA 90% (class A and B, respectively) are most in demand. LABSA has been a staple in global detergent manufacturing for over 30 years and has become almost the core component of detergents.

We are a manufacturer of various surfactants (surface-active substances) – raw materials used in the production of cleaning agents (soaps, detergents, rinses, shampoos, dishwashing gels, etc.), with a primary focus on LABSA (linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid). Surfactants, including LABSA, play a pivotal role in decreasing surface tension, standing alongside soaps as the primary active ingredients in detergents. Our laboratory is equipped with the latest modern equipment and works 24 hours per day. The characteristics of DUBACID comply with the technical specification of TS SULF-01-2017. Dubacid (LABSA) is used for the production of liquid and powder detergents. It is a brown viscous liquid, strongly acidic reaction, flammable material IV. hazard class according to STN 65 0201. We are strategically located with borders of Ukraine, Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Hungary all within a 3-hour drive. - Direct railway access. - On-site tank farm capable of storing up to 1500 tons of chemical products. - Valid permit for chemical production with potential to restore licenses for petrochemical production and waste processing. Furthermore, we offer the supply of other product groups necessary for the production of household and industrial chemicals, such as surfactants (anionic, non-ionic) or mixtures of surfactant concentrates and chelating agents, corrosion inhibitors, preservatives, and others.
