PowerBird® Pro Gold Edition (blind rivet setting tool)

The angle head 90° is designed for use in very narrow and confined spaces. The rugged design makes it possible to set blind rivets with a high setting force even in working areas that are difficult to access. The angle head 90° can set standard blind rivets with a diameter up to 6.4 mm in all materials and 8 mm in aluminium with a setting force up to 20 kN. The smallest edge distance is 15 mm, the head length 110 mm. The 17/45 WK nosepiece is included in the scope of delivery as standard. Nosepieces from 17/18 to 17/40 can also be used with the angle head 90°; however, this depends on the working range of the respective tool type (AccuBird® Pro, PowerBird® Pro or PowerBird® Pro Gold Edition). The iBird® Pro is the latest tool in the GESIPA® Pro series with the new CAS battery.It can be networked with a smartphone, tablet or PC via an app! The app is available for Android and iOs devices. The iBird® Pro can be connected to three devices at the same time. With a setting force of 15,000 N and the well-proven brushless motor, the iBird® Pro is powerful and fast when setting blind rivets up to Ø 6.4 mm in any material. The optional Autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process, ensuring the iBird® Pro is immediately ready for operation. The iBird® Pro is extremely simple to connect thanks to the QR code located on your tool. Simply scan the QR code with the GESIPA® app and the iBird® Pro will automatically connect to your device. The optional setting process assistant from GESIPA® helps operators to adjust the setting process and evaluate riveting processes. Due to the brushless motor and the 20,000 N setting force, the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is even stronger and sets blind rivets of all materials up to 6.4 mm diameter. The autoreverse function enables a faster setting process, the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is ready for work again immediately. Thanks to a tool stroke of 25 mm, setting particularly long rivets is no problem. Thanks to its brushless design, the motor of the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is extremely durable and almost wear-free. In addition, it is equipped with the low-wear chuck jaw system that has already proven itself thousands of times. The pressure release ensures that the components to be riveted lie reliably on top of each other without a gap before the riveting process. Furthermore, it is ensured that the blind rivet reaches its final position in the hole before the setting process and that the setting head is in contact. The pressure force can be variably adjusted by springs, depending on the application.

With the brushless motor and 13,000 N setting force, the AccuBird Pro is extremely fast and sets blind rivets up to 6 mm diameter of all materials. The BLDC motor of the AccuBird Pro is extremely durable and almost wear-free. The optional autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process and the AccuBird Pro is ready to work again immediately. The AccuBird Pro is also equipped with the low-wear chuck jaw system that has already proven itself thousands of times over. The pressure release ensures that the components to be riveted lie reliably on top of each other without a gap before the riveting process. Furthermore, it is ensured that the blind rivet reaches its final position in the bore before the setting process and that the setting head is in contact.
