Small gaps and limited contact areas make handling the stiff protective sleeve more difficult in this situation. The secutex “veloxClip“ is made with a slit along the reverse side. This makes it very flexible in the bending direction. In the longitudinal direction, on the other hand, the protective sleeve keeps its valued properties and remains stiff. This makes it a very simpletouse alternative when lifting loads with more limited contact areas. It is easy to insert through lower gaps and adapts flexibly to loads during lifting.

This means that it can be subsequently added to a lifting situation. secuwave is available in two versions. The various sizes mean that the suitable wave size can be used.

This protective sleeve sits firmly on the lifting strap and therefore stays in its position when the lifting strap is in contact with the load. The contact side is coated with secutex which is extremely tearresistant and reduces the formation of creases in the textile strap. The reverse side is coated with Powerflex and protected against abrasion and penetrating dirt. The very flat form and resistance to bending in a longitudinal direction make it simple to insert the SFXequipped strap into small gaps. The firm grip prevents unintentional slipping.

The secutex protective sleeve with singlesided coating can be easily pushed over lifting equipment and protects against damage caused by “sharp edges” and the rough edges of the lifting equipment and the load at the same time.

This protective sleeve is particularly robust and has two contact sides in this version for work on both sides. Both contact sides are coated with secutex. They are extremely resistant and minimize the buildup of wrinkles in the textile. Use of the protective sleeve is no longer necessary.

When lifting machinery components, there are always edges and surfaces which are insufficiently protected by regular edgeprotectors and protective sleeves. Textile load lifting accessories cannot always be used, as the cables or chains being used press against the load with extreme pressure. Damage to the often expensive and highlymachined components is often unavoidable and the edges must be reworked at great cost. The secuPad is DIN A4 size and can easily be placed at critical locations by hand. It consists of multiple textile layers joined together on every side. It adapts flexibly even to difficult contours. The surface is coated in Powerflex and protected against abrasion and the penetration of shavings and lubricants.

Even when securing the load, the wire cable must be protected from the “sharp edge“. Highvalue loads may not be damaged by wire cables. The secutex simple edgeprotector SKDE is easily pushed over the backside of the mounting slit and over the wire cable. It is affixed and can no longer be detached. The edgeprotector is simple and versatile. The corner protector has a low deadweight and is quick and easy to handle thanks to the flexible textile reinforcement.

Even when securing the load, the lashing material must be protected against the „sharp edge“. Highvalue loads may not be damaged by lashing chains or ropes. The SKBE secutex simple edge protector has a low deadweight and is easy to handle thanks to the flexible textile reinforcement. It is simply pushed onto the lashing material via the fulllength opening on the reverse side and is thereby impossible to lose. Important note the secutex simple edge protector SKBE is not suitable for prolonged use.

By means of a hinge, the edge protector SKD can be optimally suited to any load geometry. The edge protector can be quickly secured to the edge of the wire cable by means of mounting slits. The wire cable slides through the secutex clip which remains on the lashing belt despite collisions.
