The robust steel construction is the optimal solution for secure handling, efficient transport and careful storage of coils and wire coils. secutex coilprotect “Altus” is suitable for all coil sizes. The robust steel construction can be easily mounted. It is ideal for the erection of longterm storage spaces. This coil storage can be loaded with coil hooks and coil tongs. The valuable coils resting upon the support surfaces are protected by secutex impact protection. In comparison to other chemical materials, secutex is extremely resistant to wear and tear.

The secutex end frame is used for the inclined and vertical storage of coils and slit strips.

Flexible or durable! The modular coil storage system (patent pending) is designed for flexible use as a coil mat or, in combination with the side tubes, for the permanent storage of coils and slit steel steel. With the coil mat, temporary storage can be set up quickly or existing warehouses can be expanded in the case of a bottleneck. Activeabsorption impact protection If secutex Soft is coated by a Powerflex surface, dirt particles and liquids are prevented from penetrating the foam. Additionally, openpore material protects against abrasion, without losing its elastic properties.

As opposed to secutex Soft, the SoftPad forms a fully sealed outer skin that protects the material from liquid and dirt penetration from all sides.

secutex special profiles offer a particularly high crumple zone due to their hollow cavities. The particularly robust secutex buffer pad pushes the profile back into its original shape after loading. The robust design dampens noise during impact and protects the fragile goods.

When screwing or welding are not possible, impact protection can be affixed with secutex special stickers.

The secutex buffer pad with hollow profiles and fabric insert act as an effective buffer. The hollow cavity absorbs collision energy and protects the load from damage. The secutex buffer pad comes with a standard yellow and black fabric insert.

Often welding is the easiest and quickest means of attachment. The various overlapping perforated plate designs enable a wide range of applications. Please note the mounting options and welding instructions!
