Destemmed, both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in 1,000 l. stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged in used French oak barrels for only 9 months in order to preserve the delicate notes and exceptional character.
Intense and vibrant red fruit -raspberries, red currant combined with a bright
zesty acidity. To finish it off, the spectacular floral nose floats above it all.

Made with the traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada. This cava remains a minimum of 18 months of aging. It is bright, pale yellow in color, and provides an elegant aroma, in perfect balance with the fruity notes. With a very mild flavor, it allows to appreciate hints of white fruit and a well-integrated carbonic with balanced acidity.
Made with a unique recipe based on high quality dry white wine. The careful selection of aromatic herbs, including Artemisia vulgaris, Cretan Dittany and Kina, gives it a unique bouquet. It is of a pale yellow color with hints of emerald, bright and with an intense and fresh aroma and flavor, with notes of saffron, mint and vanilla.
In 2014, one of our most emblematic products went on sale: the Vermouth Vintage Espinaler 50cl. Due to its great success this 2019, the new Vintage Vermouth is born in 1 liter format, the same quality as always but with twice the content. A new format that begins a bottle collectible, which with its drawings narrate what the Espinaler Experience is, and how the history of the brand has evolved so far.
Espinaler Vintage Black Vermouth is a vermouth that uses traditional production methods. More than 80 aromatic herbs are macerated with a high quality dry wine that gives it a unique taste. In the more than eighty aromatics we can highlight plants such as the Cretan Dittany, Kina and Artemisia Vulgaris. The Espinaler Red Vintage vermouth is presented in a transparent bottle printed in black with various corporate motifs and a format of 50 cl and 15% vol.
