The sloes, selected and of great quality, are macerated in anise between six and twelve months. After the maceration, the pacharán of all the barrels to achieve consistency. Once the set quality standards, the pacharán is filtered and bottled. Finally, it is filtered and bottled. View: Red, with orange rim. This liquor is produced in an artisanal way by the maceration of herbs typical of the town of marc brandy. Intense flavors of rich spices that delight the palate, as the liquor is tasted notes of chamomile, thyme and licorice are perceived that are mixed together with sage, juniper and hints of other herbs.
