We produce a wide range of complex shapes that are pressed metals into “net” configurations and sintered to achieve optimum powdered metal material physical properties. Our process offers “net shape” configurations with multi-level pressing capabilities resulting in components with two, three, four, five, and six levels throughout the molding direction with uniform density. This approach minimizes costly post manufacturing machining processes. We operate from 44, 100 square feet on 18 acres.
