Traditional manufacture of aerobatic, training, sport and touring and multipurpose aircraft since 1934. The current production of ZLIN focuses on the latest modification of the all-steel series ZLIN Z40 with a piston engine, the ZLIN Z 242 L and the ZLIN Z 143LSi with service support and selling spare parts. ZLIN AIRCRAFT a.s. also provides training for pilots and mechanics. LIN AIRCRAFT a.s. also manufactures flight components for other aircraft manufacturers – in particular wheels, brakes and individual ensembles of aircraft fuselage. BAST means complex CNC sheet metal working and production based on sheet metal, tubes and profiles. BAST (since 1991) employs 200 skilled staff members. We offer our capacities to our customers. We don't develop any own product. Our staffs mean 33 certified welders among the total 60 welders. Sectors of activity: rail vehicles, wood boilers, stoves and fireplaces, switchboxes, zero pressure vessels, street furniture, machine covers. We process steel, stainless steel as well as aluminium. Very important technology is LASER BEAM WELDING with digital camera positioning. Our products can be powder coated in our own line. We offer also liquid painting in our 3 boxes. Final assembly - mechanical, wiring, pneumatic - on about 1500m2.BAST uses the total manufacturing area of 24.000 m2 and possessed certification acc. to ISO 9001; EN 15085-CL1. BAST continually invests and is proud to propose 3D Laser welding with digital camera positioning and 3D laser cutting of tubes and profiles.

Our cradles are very attractive due to their personal design, precise work and surface treatment which is offered in 6-color shades. Cradles are delivered disassembled in boxes along with the mattress, assembly tools and instructions for easy installation. We are certified to have tested the mechanical qualities of the cradles EN1130. We use non-toxic materials: whether it be adhesives, mattress, or the very cradle made of solid wood carefully selected prior to processing in order to avoid defects and bad drying.
