DryWoodMesh® is specifically shaped aluminum drying wood mesh used for interlacing the layers of wooden lamellas or wooden veneers in the drying kiln. We manufacture PVC and aluminium windows and doors of DECEUNINCK and ALUPLAST PROFILES. Both 5 (Zendow and IDEAL 4000) and 6 chamber (Prestige and IDEAL 7000). We have own production hall for the windows and a producing line for glass. We manufacture double and triple glass U value of the double glass is 1, 1 Uf U value of the triple glass is 0, 7 Uf We use SUPER SPACER technology, which is called also as a warm edge technology. In other words Super Spacer is a spacer used to separate the lites of an insulating glass unit. Super Spacer is made of an exturded, thermoset polymer sctructural silicone foam. The shape of the thermoset polymer material is set during heat curing and can't be reshaped through reheating. Thanks to this spacer the argon gas, which is the gasp between the glass units filled with, leaks away about 5% per one year, compared to other spacers, it's a really minor leak.
