The Château du Garde has amassed unique expertise over four generations. As independent winemakers committed to the environmental cause, the Château du Garde has engaged in a sustainable development approach and was awarded High environmental Value Level 3 (HVE 3) certification in 2019. All our wines were tasted by Paolo Basso and Paz Levinson, two of the world's most respected sommeliers, and were mentioned several times, for instance in Sommeliers International, but also in Terre de Vins, and one of them (Cuvée Odette 2009) beat a Saint-Émilion grand cru classé to win a blind tasting award at La Plateforme Lyon in 2018.

Welcome to Domaine Tour Campanets. Located in the commune of Puy-Sainte-Réparade, between the Luberon department and the Mediterranean Sea, just 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, our breath-taking estate covers 60 hectares of woodland and 35 hectares of wines at an altitude of 250 metres. Our vines are planted in a limestone-clay soil and worked with the utmost care using organic farming principles, to allow them to fully express the potential of this outstanding location. Our wines are made in the traditional manner and matured on the lees with lengthy cold fermentation, careful management of oxygenation and temperatures and limited use of sulphites other inputs. Our watchword is: the grape always comes first! The wine-house symbolises the estate, our four-story wine-making tower is unlike anything else anywhere in France. It is innovative, allows us to make wine using gravity and in a spirit motivated by a love of quality: "This is place where we descend in the gentlest of circles." DOMAINE F.JAUBERT lies primarily in the commune of Ponteilla, in the centre of the Aspres in Roussillon. It extends over around 35 hectares, with a dozen or so hectares on the silty-clay and limestone soils of the Pliocene. The remaining 25 hectares are spread across the terraces of the Quaternaire, rocky soil with quartz pebbles and shale fragments. The eleven varieties of grape grown provide a great diversity of wines, from the more endemic, such as Grenache, Carignan and Muscat, to others that are less common in the Roussillon, such as Merlot, Chardonnay and Alicante Bouschet. The winery itself is located in the centre of the village. The estate has been in a process of conversion to organic techniques since 2019. It was in 1971 that Michelle and Gilbert Bossard founded the Domaine Basse-Ville, driven by their shared vision and love of wine. Their son Jean-Louis Bossard has headed the domaine since 2007, continuing the family traditional with flair. Our secret for producing exceptional muscadets lies in the combination of unique terroirs, careful selection at harvesting and slow, controlled fermentation. These factors allow us to produce muscadets with a distinctive character, rich and soft, and a long finish. Some of our muscadets will age elegantly over a number of years. Thus, our wine is better and for a longer time.
