DOMAINE F.JAUBERT lies primarily in the commune of Ponteilla, in the centre of the Aspres in Roussillon. It extends over around 35 hectares, with a dozen or so hectares on the silty-clay and limestone soils of the Pliocene. The remaining 25 hectares are spread across the terraces of the Quaternaire, rocky soil with quartz pebbles and shale fragments. The eleven varieties of grape grown provide a great diversity of wines, from the more endemic, such as Grenache, Carignan and Muscat, to others that are less common in the Roussillon, such as Merlot, Chardonnay and Alicante Bouschet. The winery itself is located in the centre of the village. The estate has been in a process of conversion to organic techniques since 2019. The history of our domaine goes back far in time, standing as testimony to the attachment of the Bossard family to this wine-making land. Since the 19th century, from generation to generation, the history of vine-growing in our commune has been one of passion and expertise. It was in 1971 that Michelle and Gilbert Bossard founded the Domaine Basse-Ville, driven by their shared vision and love of wine. Their son Jean-Louis Bossard has headed the domaine since 2007, continuing the family traditional with flair. Our secret for producing exceptional muscadets lies in the combination of unique terroirs, careful selection at harvesting and slow, controlled fermentation. These factors allow us to produce muscadets with a distinctive character, rich and soft, and a long finish. Some of our muscadets will age elegantly over a number of years. Deeply passionate about his region and driven by an avant-garde vision of champagne-making, Pierre Laurent seeks to create well-being by offering wines that are as natural as possible, reflect their terroir and provenance, and are environmentally responsible. Tradition, pleasure and sharing are the values, handed from father to son, that he seeks to transmit. The Pierre family currently exploits 4-and-a-half hectares of vines in the Marne valley, primarily growing Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. The main varieties are: - Chardonnay: delicate floral, citrus and mineral notes.- Pinot Noir: soft and fruity, provides a roundness to the blend.- Pinot Meunier: aromas of berries with a pronounced structure. Brings body and power to the blend. For centuries we have picked every grape entirely picked by hand, ensuring a craft-led harvest of real quality. CHÂTEAU LE BREZEGUET

The CHATEAU LE BREZEGUET estate was taken over in 1999 and produces wines from vines averaging 25 years old using Malbec grape stock. To produce its wines, warm vinification lasts about three weeks and the wine is then matured for at least 18 months. CHÂTEAU LE BREZEGUET also produces a vintage from its old vines that are 35–40 years old. It is a 100% Malbec vintage. Vinification lasts 3–4 weeks with a final warm vinification and the wine is matured exclusively in oak casks for at least 18 months. Lastly, CHÂTEAU LE BREZEGUET also produces a wine from its youngest vines, CHEMIN DE COMPOSTELLE. The grape stocks used are Malbec and Merlot. They are highly aromatic thirst-quenchers that come in red and rosé wines. As a result of the owners' single-mindedness these wines have won prizes and the vineyard is now expanding with the purchase of 12 hectares of vineyards in 2015 from CHÂTEAU GRAND CHÊNE.

Château TAYAC is a family estate. The vineyard is located in the Médoc and covers 37 hectares in the heart of the prestigious Margaux appellation. The PORTET harvesting owner family applies the COUSINIE method providing a generous nutritional contribution to vines whilst significantly limiting treatments. The vineyard is perched in the gravel hills of Soussans, in the Médoc, and covers 37 hectares in the heart of the prestigious Margaux wine-growing area. Château TAYAC is run by the PORTET family, which has owned and harvested the estate for four generations. We apply the COUSINIE method for a generous nutritional intake whilst limiting the number of treatments. The soil is therefore more balanced and is better prepared to naturally repels attacks. Both vines and grapes benefit from these privileged conditions. Stripping and the green harvesting also enable us to control production and optimise the quality of wine which is matured in French oak barrels for 12 months. Château TAYAC wine is sold in Bordeaux stores, cellars, restaurants and is also directly exported.
