We process belt and sheet material from 0.2 to 6 mm sheet thickness. We have invested in optimised machine units especially for processing aluminium strips, but not only for this purpose. Automatic punching presses, hydraulic presses and eccentric presses with pressing forces up to 3150 kN process belts/coils up to 600 mm wide. Tight dimensional tolerances, high flatness requirements and other technically demanding quality features are produced by us and partly controlled "in line". With our cleaning systems, which use organic, CHC-free cleaning agents in an environmentally friendly manner, we are also able to meet special cleanliness requirements – based on current standards for residual dirt identification. Through responsible management, we ensure that high quality standards – based on customer requirements – are achieved. Flat structures ensure careful, target-oriented and fast implementation of our customer orders.

Crema Alluminio srl has been exporting semi-processed aluminium products from Italy to the EU market for 25 years. In the aluminium profile sector, we offer profiles and tubes with an outer circumference of up to 500 mm (from of thickness of 6 mm), as well as rectangular sections with dimensions measuring up to 750 x 200 mm. We provide bars made from aluminium alloys with a diameter of up to 420 mm or in a square version measuring up to 390 mm.

Aluminiumwerk Unna AG is a medium-sized company producing semi-finished aluminium products. We manufacture a comprehensive range of specialist aluminium alloy products. In addition to aluminum alloy tubes, which are our trademark, we also produce profiles and extrusion billet. Located in Unna, Germany, the plant is fully integrated and includes a cast house, extrusion plant, heat treatment ovens and tube drawing and cutting equipment. The advantage for our Customer: Both extruded and drawn products are available from a single source. The entire value added chain beginning with the melting, alloying and casting of aluminium billet through extrusion and drawing to final heat treatment and cutting of the semi-finished product all takes place in our factory.
