Pipe bending — Recently, Niemeyer has been able to offer curved metal pipes thanks to the latest technology. With our BMZ12 pipe bending machine from WAFIOS, we can bend tubes up to a 12.7 mm diameter for you. There are many different applications for this: Whether it is gas piping, brake lines, hydraulic lines or climate technology — we can bend any geometries in aluminium, steel/stainless steel, copper and many other metals. The bending head of our pipe bending machine is designed for combined left and right bending. Also, a combination of tension, roll and free-form bending is possible. As a result, highly complex pieces can be bent with the greatest possible flexibility and at extremely fast speeds.
