With the protected trademark, Wohltat®, our products are known as being high-quality and robust knee protectors for a spectrum of different users that has grown through the decades. They represent effective and durable protection for the knees for any work that requires kneeling. What began with the production of knee protectors for mining applications is today a business that develops and produces knee protectors for protection and safety in all manual labour.

The Rudolf Uhlen GmbH manufactures personal protective equipment (PPE) for various applications for more than 50 years. Mr. Volker Fiedler acquired the company in 1995. Under his management the company has grown steadily from an “one-man-operation” to an enterprise with 23 employees. A special focus of our production lies in the field of face- and eye-protection.
