Since 1968 our company designs and products trimming tools for die casting in aluminium and magnesium. In the last 10 years, our Company invested lots of resources in technology development and this allows us to produce even bigger and more complex trimming tools, also for structural elements. Actually we cooperate with the biggest Italian and European die casters in order to offer to the customers a complete package consisting of die cast mould and trimmimg tool. During the design our tech department ties a strenght collaboration with the client to define all trimming tools elements, carter, electrical and hydraulic system: at the end of the construction, trimming tool will be the same as the one in the 3D model recieved and approved by the client. Before the delivery of the tool, this is fitted and tested in our company to be sure it properly works. So far all our trimming tools tests were approved. We provide such additional services as cut to size, laser marking, bevel cut, threading, bording, flanging, widening, reduction, plasma cut-off, so you can get a ready-to-use product and save your mpney and time. The flexibility of our organization allows us to produce smaller quantities than market standards; thus we can react quickly, reducing delivery times.
