More than 300 000 thousand doors are produced each year at 4 different production sites. More than 150 partners from Russia, Germany, Spain, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Mongolia, Azerbaijan and other countries have been working with Torex successfully throughout the years. A FACTORY OF A WORLD - CLASS LEVELTorex consists of 4 productiond sites, equipped with unique hardware from the leaders of the world engineering. The following of them are used in the production: automated Italian production lines, which were designed and made on Torex special request, robotic Japanese welding complexes of a very high precision, swiss painting chambers.Engineers, who maintaine the equipment are the specialists of the supplying companies and the employees of Torex, who have been trained under their control. TOREX TESTING LABORATORY does not have any analogues in Russia. It has 12 automated stands, that test Torex doors (and its components) on reliability of work and the resistance to environment exposure. Here are some of them: Air noise insulation test, Air permeability and watertightness test, Corrosion test, Test on suitability for operation in a humid atmosphere in the presence of salts, Wind load resistance test etc. A PRODUCT IS CERTIFIED IN EUROPE.
