We're a small company growing heirloom tomatoes in open field in Romania. Open field culture gets lower productivity but considerably better taste. We also feed our tomatoes only with natural food, starting with the first stages, when we use micro-nutrients from plants infusions, continuing with soil preparation with compost and micronutrients into the water. The result is very high quality tomatoes, not only exceptionally looking but also with an exceptional taste, impossible to find in regular greenhouse tomatoes.We grow 17 varieties (http: //capg.ro#Soiuri) and we can export in batches of 300 kg this year (100 cardboard boxes on an europallet), for testing.Next year we'll be able to supply up to 10 tons per moth.
