    Pogar Potato Factory JSC (PKF) grows and processes potatoes by producing instant mashed potato and mixes and potato grains. PKF JSC has been working in the food market since 1999 and is the only supplier of potato flakes for full-cycle HoReCa in Russia, which enables the company to completely control the product's quality and ensure its reasonable cost. We don't use leftover French fries in the production, but we use different types and varieties of potatoes for various potato flakes. Potato flakes producer packages its product in small packages of 200-300 grams, in HoReCa packaging of 1-20 kg, and in bags from 17 to 1000 kg for industrial purposes. The product range includes potato grains with pour density from 250 to 580 grams/liter of creamy white, light-yellow, yellow, and bright yellow colors. The company also grows wheat, rapeseed, lupine and other crops on an area of over 10, 000 hectares, cultivates seeds, and trades its own seed material of potato and legume. Dehydrated mashed potatoes by PKF are intended for the production of semi-finished products, chips and snacks, mashed potatoes, control of humidity of baked goods, production of puréed soups. The manufacturer supplies instant mashed potato to over 20 countries, including the USA, European and Latin American countries. A considerable share of the production is being exported and successfully competes with goods of leading European producers.

This trademark is a safety mark for gluten-free products of the Association of European Coeliac Societies, recognized in most developed countries. We also utilize green technologies: our products are manufactured on environmentally friendly equipment with the use of cold milling technology. Cold milling is milling at temperature of less than 40°C, which allows the flour to retains most of the vitamins and minerals. In addition, we have completely refused to use refinery in our production, as well as any flavor enhancers and preserving agents.
