We can look back proudly on a tradition that stretches back over 130 years. The entrepreneur Friedrich Wilhelm Hesse founded the company in 1887. After forced nationalisation in 1972, the private company was re-privatised on 1st July 1990 by the founder's great-grandson, Mr Werner Siche (died 16th April 2013). In 2006, he was able to commission the new production facility in Ebersbach-Neugersdorf.
