Our malthouse germinates malt without using any chemical additives, only by mechanical work, selected grains and pure water. Only thanks to this UKRSOLOD in its own right is called a natural product.Malt Rye is a perfect component for rye, rye-wheat, malttypes of bread. It is the «improver» of flour contributes to a better water absorption and provides good elasticity of the dough, improvesthe structure of bread, creates soluble substances that enhance fermentation, increases the shelf life of the finished product. Just use rye malt adding homemade cakes, soups, meat patties, vegetables, salads, sauces, etc.

It is manufactured at our modern malting plant in Chemerivtsi (Khmelnytsk region). The capacity of new plant is 120 000 tons of malt per year. The best sorts of European brewing barley are used for production of our malt. The malt manufactured in Chemerivtsi, meets Ukrainian and international requirements for organoleptic indicators and physicochemical parameters (color, humidity index, extract content, protein content). Our brewer’s grains (spent grains), pelletized (granulate) dry, are natural, ecologically clean, high-protein. The brewer’s grains are used in agriculture as a high-quality animal feed, which is an ecologically pure and bioactive product without chemical impurities.
