“Zhivana Organics LLC” has been successfully manufacturing and exporting wildcrafted berries, fruit and medicinal herbs since 2019. Our products include both conventional and organic positions. We appreciate the gifts of nature and practice sustainable operation principles in order to preserve the natural resources and ability for the nature to restore itself. As a way to give back, every spring our team plants uncommon plants and trees to contribute to biodiversity of the Ukrainian forests. The raw material fruit and berries are taken to our facility where they get cleaned with water and dehydrated in a temperature-controlled convection heat rooms. After that the berries are cleaned 3-5 times from stems and twigs, leaves, stones, imperfect pieces, unripen berries. Fresh medicinal herbs are taken to our facility and cleaned by hand. We dry the herbs in the convection heat rooms and let them cool for 24 hours. After that we separate leaves, flowers and process them as necessary. We are happy to produce syrups, liquid extracts and dry extract powders out of any berry, fruit or herbs. The most popular positions are elderberry syrup and liquid elderberry extract with raspberry and blueberry. Sunflower oil is cold pressed. .This method which entails minimal processing, produces a light, flavorful oil suitable for all cooking needs. Sunflower oil manufacture involves cleaning the seeds, grinding them, pressing and extracting crude oil from them for further refining. The seeds we use to make oil are inspected and graded after harvest, and the fat content of the incoming seeds is measured. For the best oil, seeds are not stored at all, or for only a very short time and only high quality seeds ae used. -Refining deodorized plant For improvement of consumer characteristics unrefined sunflower oil has the process of freezing out after pressing. During this process wax comprising substances remove. Unrefined frozen out sunflower oil processes the full process of refining, which provides a maximum possible shelf life, transparency and a lack of taste. The sunflower oil has a neutral taste. Our sunflower oil matches standards in all aspects such as color, taste and viscosity. It is free of impurities and meet the demands placed upon it for use in cooking. -Bottling plant Refined, deodorized, frozen sunflower oil supplied to the conveyor for bottling.
