Bottled water coolers and mains filtered water dispensers are both available for rental. The coolers in Waterboy’s rental fleet are manufactured by Oasis, a world-leading manufacturer. The mineral water comes from a natural spring water source that is fully protected and in existence for over 100 years. It is drawn up from aquifers 250 metres underneath ground level and meets a relevant regulatory and legal requirements This superb quality water is low in sodium, has a PH value that is neutral, its own unique mineral composition and a refreshing taste. Unlike others firms, Waterboy do not clean their coolers on the clients’ premises. Instead, they replace their coolers every three months with a pristine 100% hygienic unit All returned coolers are stripped down and serviced including component inspection and pre-clean. Then each cooler is subjected to a thirty to forty minute cleaning programme using specially designed equipment just for Waterboy use. Thermally conductive gap fillers dissipate heat away to heat sinks and conformal coatings protect the board from chemical, dust, salt spray or other environmental contaminants. Enclosures often need shielding to seal any gaps. A range of conductive gaskets including conductive fabric over foam, conductive elastomers, knitted wire mesh and metal spring gaskets are available, as well as copper and aluminium metal foil tapes to seal gaps or even seams in shielded rooms. Conductive coatings such as carbon, nickel, copper silver or silver coatings can be applied to plastic enclosure for shielding. Available in epoxy, acrylic and water based urethanes. Conductive pens are used for conductive traces or repairs. 3D printing in ABS-ESD7 is an excellent material used to produce a variety of parts in areas where static build up, such as in ATEX (explosive atmospheres) industries or in electronic manufacturing industries is to be avoided. Other material, such as graphite, nylon 12, flexible polypropylenes can also be 3D printed. Aluminium honeycomb vents and EMI shielded windows are used in enclosures where airflow or visibility are required.

Here at New England Design we have been producing tailor made sofas in Littleborough, near Manchester for over 30 years. We lovingly create each piece of furniture in our own on site workshop and retail them to the public from our showroom. Every piece of furniture we make is hand crafted work, only possible through traditional skills and know-how.We can also do recovers or repairs to most furniture including leather and fabric sofas and chairs. If we can repair we will suggest that first saving you money. If we have to recover we strip off all the fabric, check the springs and foam, then recover in the fabric of your choice.. Our consultant would come out to your home, free of charge within 25 miles of our showroom. We then give you a no obligation quote. You can see our fabric ranges in your own home, against your existing colour scheme. We try to promise a 5 day turn around by picking up Monday and returning by Friday. We can loan you a suite if necessary whilst yours is away.
