Computer models of the metal products can be produced to ensure that assemblies are consistently successful at prototype stage. Prototyping - The metal prototyping service 'Alpha XP' enables one off metal prototypes in sheet metal, stainless steel or a non-ferrous metal, utilising as many of the metal production processes as required within Alpha's sheet metal services. Laser Cutting - Alpha's extremely versatile and efficient laser cutting machines can work in a range of material types and thickness' from mild steel to wood and plastic. The laser cutting machines have a table size of 4000mm x 2000mm. CNC Punching - Alpha Manufacturing's CNC punching facilities comprise of three Pullmax machines and one Trumph machine, each offering unrivalled process speeds. CNC Folding - Alpha Manufacturing has a range of forming facilities, each of them designed to suit differing product types.

We offer a full design service in support of our sub contract laser engraving services if required to help you achieve the precise results you're after. We can work from many different file formats or even a simple sketch. Once we have the information you need to engrave we will provide you with a no obligation quotation, should you decide to proceed we will forward an approval form showing a photograph of the results obtained before we proceed to engrave your batch of parts. Our laser job shop is equipped with laser systems available with rotation axis for marking around the circumference of parts and also can offer a large marking area of 300x300mm.
