BEDIA intelligent tank sensor ITS 65 is used to monitor the filling levels of oils of any kind. The sensor is able to automatically recognize and what kind of oil (hydaulic oil, engine oil etc.) is present and calibrates itself to it. The capacitative measurement principle permits measurement of levels without mechanically moving parts. This considerably increases stability and operating safety. Mechanics The new tank sensor ITS 65 is characterized by a particularly stable, but light mechanical system specially designed for “Heavy Duty Applications”. The mounting flange and measurement tube are constructed from die cast aluminium. This construction permits the insertion of tank sensors up to 1200 mm in length, without additional support on the tank floor. Analogue Output The analogue output is available as an voltage output with a range from 0 V to 10 V or as an PWM output.

THE EFFECT Emergency generators and other auxiliary engines are only used very infrequently. However, they must start and run reliably under all conditions. It is all the more important that the diesel fuel which is used retains its original quality and that the injection nozzles or injectors, the fuel system, and the pump are in the best condition. grotamar ® 82 kills micro-organisms in diesel and heating oil quickly and reliably and thereby protects against malfunctions and damage in engines and heaters. THE EFFECT Water in the diesel, condensate water, and heat in the tank system provide conditions for the growth of bacteria, fungi, and yeast. They form bio-sludge and organic acids which lead to filter clogging and corrosion. A failure of the engine or heating system is the result. By adding grotamar ® 82, the growth of micro-organisms can be prevented. THE RESULT grotamar ® 82 quickly kills microbial pests and effectively protects against corrosion. Expensive repairs are avoided. grotamar ® 82 was also successfully tested as an initial biocide by Öl-Wärme-Institut in an oil burner pump endurance test and fulfils the criteria catalogue for heating oil (extra light) additives.

The ERC diesel particulate filter cleaning set is an affordable solution for clogged diesel particulate filters. The Effect It is well known that diesel particulate filter are not getting hot enough to burn ash particles deposits in the short-distance use ( ERC CatClean lowers the soot burn temperatur). But not only soot is influencing DPF function also other deposits , so called oilashes, disturb it and have to be removed from the DPF. Oilashes are even not burned at high temperatures of 500 - 600°C. Nonetheless it is not necessary to change the DPF. With ERC Diesel particulate filter cleaning set it is easy, effectiv and much cheaper to clean the DPF. The Result The ERC diesel particulate filter cleaning set is comprised of the diesel particulate filter cleaning concentrate and the diesel particulate filter flush. Used in succession, they actively break down the accumulated oil ash.

THE EFFECT Diesel fuel contains paraffin which promotes clean combustion and lubricates the fuel system components. At low temperatures, however, paraffin forms crystals. As the temperature falls, more and more crystals form and coalesce into lumps which then block the fuel lines and fuel filter. The active components in ERC Diesel Anti-Freeze „enclose“ the crystals, thus them from growing and coalescing with other crystals. In addition, ERC Diesel Anti-Freeze forms crystallization nuclei which encourage the formation of large numbers of small crystals that can then easily pass through the fuel filter. The Effect Soot build-up in diesel particulate filters only burn without the use of an additive at a temperature of 500 to 600 °C. These values are not reached in normal operation.
