Vosse is not always raw steel and heavy constructions, we also often undertake orders that require considerable precision and a sense of aesthetics. One of these was the implementation of facade elements for one of our Swiss clients. These powder coated aluminum elements (first 2 pictures) will be part of the façade of a modern residential building in Zurich. The number of operations performed on the next elements, photos (3 and 4) of which you can see below, is a long list. However, there are points on it that are undoubtedly worth being proud of. In addition to standard assembly and welding, we have performed, among others, glass beading and stud shooting - a task that is performed by few companies in our industry. What are these items? These are stainless anchors for mounting facades on high-rise buildings. The implementation of this order is another great result of the work of our entire team!

Aluminium facade and cladding works have been completed for Boyteks Group's Office Building.

Exterior/interior design services were provided for the existing concrete structure. Decorative Aluminium panels were used for exterior façade.

Aluminium Curtain wall system and Façade claddings were applied.

Exterior design and applications were carried out.

Administration building encompasses an area of about 2.000 m2. The architectural project, exterior and interior design applications have been completed and the building is now under construction.

Exterior design work was carried out and implemented. The old exterior was demolished and a new design was made that is compatible with the interior.

J57S UP is a rolled alloy designed to be a perfect base material for batch anodized aluminum. Created specifically by Novelis to meet the requirements of modern architecture, including aluminum facades and aluminum roofing, its value and utility have been proven over decades of use. J73A UP is the next generation of anodized aluminum coil stock for architectural facades and roofing. Well suited for the challenges of modern architecture, this Novelis product arrives already anodized so that it can be used immediately. Take advantage of characteristic brilliance, a long service life due to a high degree of surface hardness, as well as outstanding UV, weather and corrosion resistance.

Already anodized and ready for processing, Novelis SSL BF increases the range of coil-anodized Novelis products. Compared to conventional Novelis SSL, this new product is the result of production developments using special rolling processes, offering a distinctive surface structure both in appearance and touch. During the rolling process, an exclusive brushed stainless steel effect emerges from the special surface finish. Now designers and manufacturers have the benefit of lightweight aluminum facades, while they can offer the highly desirable aesthetics of stainless steel to end users. In addition, SSL BF can be supplied without anodizing and is then suitable for batch anodizing.

Novelis G77Ac anodized aluminum sheet produces a material with a natural gray matte tone. The surface is designed for use in both internal and external aluminum architecture, making it desirable for facades, roofing and interior cladding. Similar to our other anodized aluminum sheet products, Novelis G77Ac can be processed further, such as roll forming, stamping, edging and bending.

The optimal helper when anchoring is not possible - the GEDA 1500 Z/ZP F! As a free-standing transport platform, it can become essential on a wide variety of construction sites. Whether architectural conditions, glass facades or simply current construction site conditions, the GEDA 1500 Z/ZP F is perfect as a free-standing construction hoist. Maximum flexibility and quick readiness for use are the special features of this hoist. Thanks to the GEDA UNI-X-MAST system, it can be operated free-standing up to a lifting height of 12 m and therefore without time-consuming anchorings. With a load capacity of 1300 kg, persons and material can be safely transported up and down. With two lifting speeds of 24 m/min in material mode and 12 m/min in personnel mode, rapid construction progress is guaranteed.

Wall Panels are Reinforced Wall Elements that may be used on interior and exterior walls of any concrete, steel, wooden and prefabricated structure. These panels can be applied by being assembled between columns as well as on their interior and exterior surfaces.
