When it comes to managing the processes associated with receiving finished products, for example storage, order preparation, transport planning and distribution, we’re experts in our field. This service allows us to offer frequent collections and deliveries from various suppliers, instead of waiting for each supplier to have a full load. It reduces the amount of stock and response times within the supply chain as only the correct quantity required by the customer to fulfil their next order will be picked up from each supplier. Over the years, we have developed the necessary expertise to successfully operate the milk run system for a number of different customers. Our staff are trained to manage vehicles in accordance with customer production plans, optimising routes and saturation. Customers can outsource all collections from and deliveries to their suppliers. In addition, thanks to a dedicated web tool which is tailor made and linked to domestic traffic management software, we can process requests efficiently and promptly, giving our customers definitive lead times and ensuring we provide a consistently high-quality service

Based on your release instructions, all pallets will be given SSCC labels before they are loaded, that guarantee 100% traceability.

General handling and storage of frozen products The experienced permanent warehouse staff provides a faultless and fast processing of your frozen cargo that can be offered both as bulk or on pallets. After a careful entry check that may or may not include taking photographs, your products will be given a suitable location in the deep-freeze units by using the state-of-the-art integrated Antwerp Cold Stores' warehouse management system that the company has developed itself. Quality controls can be performed and samples can be taken and sent to laboratories during the entry check. Your products can be stored under customs supervision, in a VAT warehouse with tax representation or as free products. If required, your products can also be stored under a quarantine regime.

Antwerp Cold Stores offers a broad range of additional specialised services that allow you to repack and/or label a frozen cargo before it is loaded or stored in the deep-freeze warehouse. General handling and storage of frozen products.

Hamann International Logistics has a distribution warehouse of 3,750 m² and a heated logistics warehouse of 5,750 m² with a capacity of 7,000 pallet locations (extendible within a short period of time) at its disposal. Pallets with a height of 2.2 m can be stored here. The warehouses are equipped with a sprinkler installation at pallet level and with 23 loading and unloading platforms (extendible within a short period of time). We also have a closed room for ADR- and high-value goods. We also have a second warehouse in Lokeren with 4000 pallet places.
