The charger is equipped with a USB input with a maximum current of 3.6A and a USB-C port in the PD standard with a maximum current of 2.4A. Our silicon hoses can be ordered in different sizes and shapes so they are able to connect different kinds of engine mounted charge air cooler system parts. We produce charge air hose with convoluted shape that perfectly endure vibrations and works well even in case of mis-alignments. There are tow ways of manufacturing charge air hoses. Meta-aramid reinforced silicone hoses withstand a temperature range of -56 to +250 degrees Celsius while Polyester reinforced hoses withstand a range between -56 and 180 degrees Celsius. Materials Available with the option of fluoro-silicone or FKM inner linings for added resistance against oil and acid fuel. Hoses with metal fittings and crimped ends also can be developed on demand.

The new IPC charger series is the latest innovation in the field of quick-charging. The universal chargers have integrated communication and support all popular communication protocols, such as CAN, I2C, SM, LIN, HDQ. Li-ion rechargeable battery packs from 24 V to 48 V will be automatically detected. Once the E-BUS charger has made contact with the rechargeable battery, an extensive diagnostics procedure is started. The intelligent chargers identify the rechargeable battery voltage, the charge current is adapted and the charge process started. The output power here is up to 300 W. Fill the bearings in a way that all the functional surfaces for sure get the grease.

Miscibility is important for oil return to the compressor especially in a large system with long runs of piping. POE Oil absorbs moisture quickly when it is exposed to the atmosphere. Therefore, it is important to handle the equipment very carefully and avoid prolonged exposure to air.

Plansee charge carreiers from refractory metals are dimensionally stable at high temperatures and in contrast to graphite parts they are also suited for high-vacuum furnaces. MLR with its superior creep resistance and retained ductility after high temperature operations is the ideal material for mechanically loaded furnace parts. Plansee designs and fabricates furnace fixtures to customer specifications, e.g. for aeronautics, glass industry, Metal Injection Molding (MIM), commercial heat treatment and various other thermal processes. Alongside molybdenum and tungsten, we primarily manufacture our charge equipment from TZM and ML. The creep resistance of these alloys is ten times better than that of pure molybdenum and they are also exceptionally ductile. Sensor IQ Easy: that measures the electrostatic charge A sensor that measures the electrostatic charge of a web can be added to the IQ Easy platform.
