We use this vacuum degasser to clean all kinds of products before do the coating. This degas chamber is venting the gas,air and other impurities through putting in the heated N2. This vacuum degasser will greatly shorten the vacuum time, reduce the oxygen corrosion, protect the machine and prolong the life time of the equipment. It enhances the adhesion of the film in the products.

The Grain Grade Cleaner is mainly used to sizing the different sizes of seeds, kernels, nuts, beans, etc. Automatic cleaning & grading procedure adopts dual vibrating motors, rubber shock absorber, different sizes of sieves and rubble balls. Materials are vibrated along sieving deck which has multi-layers, then are graded to different levels by size, while oversized and under sized impurities get removed. Customized various screen mesh and amount of sieve layers that make the vibrating grader has wide range of applications and high grading efficiency. Carbon steel or stainless steel can be chosen for quality standard of the screen materials. The product is installed behind the colour sorting machine for a final quality control, or in front of the seeds shelling machine for pre-cleaning. The 5XF-2000-80 Air-Screen Cleaner is a multi-purpose machine with pre-cleaning and sorting unit for mostly commercial crops. The operation of the machine is divided into two parts. In the first screening system with gravity separator, raw materials fall to the screen, then blight seeds are let to fall out using the eccentric shaft generated by the positive air pressure. Desired materials and larger impurities are moved forward to the top of the screen. Larger impurities are discharged from the outlet. Undersized contaminants and soil in materials fall by the next screen, while the desired materials continue to move ahead. Finally, all of the good materials are categorized into specific size dimensions i.e. big, medium and small sizes through grading screens. The cleaning system has elastic balls moving for preventing screen blockages. This product is the most sensitive screening and cleaning equipment with gravity separator and vibrating grader.
