Such as with different extrusion screw design, screw length and diameter range according to final product of our customers and requested capacity. Sweet creamy fillings in a moulded, crisp extrudate shell The latest in sophisticated products from direct extrusion are the co-extruded, centre filled products. In these products a soft filling with a pumpable viscosity is metered continuously, using a suitable pump, into an extruded pipe, simultaneously while it is being extruded. A special design co-extrusion die is used for this purpose. The result is an extruded pipe filled with a creamy mass. This pipe can then be moulded into various shapes continuously with the help of special moulding rollers. Raw-materials: It is important to choose a proper combination of the extrudate raw-materials and the filling mass in these kinds of products to ensure that they combine harmoniously in the final product to give a compatible eating experience to the consumer.

CONSTAB offers a wide range of masterbatches with which you can provide your BOPP films with the required or desired properties. There is a wide range of properties with which BOPP films can be provided for individual use. At CONSTAB you will find BOPP masterbatches for co-extruded films, matt films, for metallizable matt films, cigarette film and metallizable films, among others.

Acoustic Perimeter Door Seals are highly durable due to their co-extruded structure. Noise pollution can be reduced by up to 52 dB using acoustic door seals. Self-adhesive structure makes it easy to apply to door sets.

CF SERIES - CONSTANT TEMPERATURE HEAT SEALERS WITH PEDESTAL AND FOOT PEDAL ( for multi-layer bags) THE CF SERIES of constant heat sealers with pedestal and operated by foot pedal, are ideal for sealing bags made of compunds, multi-layer films, co-extruded films, OPP, heat-sealable cellophane. It is not suitable for polyethylene films. Being operated by foot pedal, the hands are free to feed the machine. The sealing jaws of the type "hot bar" are equipped with resistance and temperature controller for controlling the temperature from 30 ° C to 200 ° C. The temperature of the sealing jaws is adjustable according to the type and thickness of the material to be sealed, and is kept constant by a heat thermo-regulator. The maximum sealable thickness, that always varies according to the type of sealable material, is 0.25 mm. (50 mm. total). Also available in CFN version with timer and acoustic signal at the end of sealing.

No other magnetic product gives such a clean, powerful and aesthetically pleasing solution for seamlessly joining large displays. bannermag® We also manufacture another co-extruded flexible magnetic product called bannermag®, which was developed using ferrite magnetic material, making it ideal for joining large format displays when the magnetic pull force is not the primary concern. bannermag® performs the same function as magedge® and is also flexible enough to be rolled after application.

In the extrusion process the TPE pellets are poured into a hopper are heated in the barrel and turned into a melt by this heat and shear. A screw carries the melted plastic through a shaped die to produce continuous lengths of shapes with the same profile, which are then cooled by air or water. Our TPE compounds are easily extruded into single and complex profiles. They can also be co-extruded with other materials to yield a part with both rigid and soft components. POLIFILM surface protections films have been successfully used for the protection of decorative laminates for decades. Depending upon the gloss level of the laminates low adhesion level films (for high gloss surfaces) or higher adhesion films (for rougher finishes) are used. Typically transparent films are used as they allow quality inspection of the decorative surface without a need to remove the films for this process.
