The PD200 is a professional impulse current measuring system to detect leak (holes) in non-conductive sealing systems and is suitable for leak detection on balconie, pond liners/swimming pools or flat roofs. In contrast to the previous model PD100, the PD200 has extremely compact dimensions - the size of the device could be reduced by more than 30%! These compact dimensions enable the transport of the PD200 e.g. through so-called safety ladders to the corresponding flat roof.The impulse current measuring system easily wins the weight comparison with its previous model. Although the single components partially are pretty heavy (e.g. the transformer), the total weight could be reduced by about 20% (from 11.2 kg to 8.6 kg). 1. Foam Filled Fender Foam-filled fenders are constructed with an energy-absorbing foam core and a tough outer skin of filament-reinforced polyurea elastomer. 2. Fender Skin The elastomer used in the fender skin is polyurea. The 9163 process value indicator covers a wide range of applications in which process values need to be measured, displayed, analyzed and transferred to higher-level control systems. Typical applications include measuring geometric values in production, for instance differential measurements, or testing material properties in the laboratory. The measured values can be transferred via PROFIBUS, RS232 interface or analog output. The multi-channel version can be used with up to four sensors. These sensors can be combined using mathematical functions, so that even complex measurement tasks can be performed with just the one instrument. Visual alarms on the display make it easier and more convenient to assess when values lie off-limits. Up to four configurable outputs are available as relay or logic outputs. The DIGIFORCE® 9307 monitors processes in which precisely defined functional relationships between two or more measured quantities need to be demonstrated. These measured quantities are recorded synchronously during the manufacturing process or subsequent functional testing to produce a measurement curve, which is then assessed using graphical and mathematical evaluation techniques. After internal evaluation, the measurement curve and computed evaluation results are visualized on the color display and are also output at the external control interfaces.
