SLIVV® Pro is designed for objects with a diameter between 7cm and 9cm and its height is 30cm. SLIVV® MEGA is designed for objects with a diameter between 9,5cm and 12cm and its height is 34cm. SLIVV® Custom allows you to configure a SLIVV that meets your specific needs. Available in different dimensions, colors, colorful combinations and with or without the special bottom protection flap feature.

Our design team researched how you could cover your thermoformed packaging using sleeve technology or a heat-shrinkable sleeve. The sleeve provides your packaging with an elegant and sophisticated visual effect, as well as a 360° communication area. This technology applies to specific container shapes and is an alternative to IML (in-mould labelling).

The continuous Form Fill and Seal machines of the servo X series are available in five performance ranges and numerous variants. They cover the broadest possible range of horizontal film packaging applications for various industries – and all this with maximum modularity. The machines can be configured individually and thus meet all requirements for the desired performance or type of packaging. Depending on the machine variant, several packaging styles can be flexibly produced with one machine. Whether chain infeed or infeed conveyor, servo X machines win over with their continuous packaging process and no stop-and-go, meaning dead time is not an issue when sealing. Besides high performance, this enables extremely tight-fitting and precise packaging with a saving in film of up to 15 %. This ensures that the film packaging‘s excellent appearance is unrivalled.

Our shrink hoods and pallet covers are the ideal packaging solution for pallets, machines, appliances, large equipment and construction materials, as well as all other bulky items that need protection against dirt and other harmful influences. PE shrink hoods and pallet covers can also be used as lining for lattice boxes or other types of cartons. Sometimes size does matter – when it comes to packaging, for example. Sometimes supersize products or extra large amounts of goods require a unique solution. This is where Dürrbeck side gusset tubular film comes into play! This plastic film is similar to standard blown or tubular film, with the exception of its added side gussets, or folds. These allow the film to expand to cover larger circumferences – with a relatively low film width. At Dürrbeck, you can order side gusset tubular film with a maximum circumference of 6,000 mm. Side gusset tubular film is the perfect solution when you need to package bulky, large goods. It is affordable and suitable for a wide range of uses – from delicate laundry or garment bags for clothing to durable protectors of wooden covers, or as special packaging for food.
