The TEC 20 form, fill and seal machine enables the production of bags made of polyethylene film from a flat film roll. The film can be neutral or coloured, with continuous printing or centred printing with print mark. The design of the machine and the low loading height allow ergonomic adaptation to a manual feeding station or easy connection to a feeding unit, such as an automatic counter, an automatic weighing system, an automatic assembly machine, an injection moulding machine, a conveyor belt or similar.

In barrier film production we focus on creating basic films for thermoforming, having solid knowledge and experience in the field. This is how we present our films with special mechanical properties, which become transparent at the time of thermoforming. All these resistance and tensile properties are tested and monitored in our laboratories. Films can be used with a wide range of packaging equipment.

These films are suitable for vacuum and modified atmosphere (MAP) packaging and have excellent heat-sealing properties, thus guaranteeing a high-quality packaging that preserves the shape, color and freshness of the product. The film can be transparent, colored, laminated or printed.

Flexo Printing Technique can be applied on our products, in line with customer request. The technique can easily be applied onto many different materials. In Felxo Printing Techniques, the pattern is engraved on the cliche as bulges, and these bulges transfer the ink on to the material to be printed. Flexo Printing can be applies on Spunbond, PEVA Film, Laminated Products and Needlepunch Felt (minimum weight 30 g). Fabrics with a maximum width of 160 cm can be printed in our Flexo Printing lines, with a maximum of 4 color options. Company name, logo, or a different design can also be added to the fabric upon request.
