The modular Odour Emission Control OEC filter concept from Scheuch COMPONENTS reduces odours and significantly contributes to complying with and even undershooting the legal regulations and permissible limits for odour emissions. Depending on the intensity of the odour emissions and the size of the hall, the Scheuch OEC system is equipped with one or more biofilters which extract and clean the polluted air. Microorganisms contained in the filter’s bulk material ensure that odours are eliminated and the air is dehumidified. SF stainless steel sterile filters are designed for high-efficient sterile filtration of compressed air, process air and technical gasses. SF sterile filters provide high-efficient removal of sub-micron particles down to 0,01μm including microorganisms (bacteria). Filter housing surface is polished down to grade Ra0,8. Required compressed air quality according to standard ISO 8571-1 can be achieved with appropriate filter element. All components meet the FDA requirements for contact with food in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), title 21. Fluid group 1 on request.

THE EFFECT Diesel fuel contains paraffin which promotes clean combustion and lubricates the fuel system components. At low temperatures, however, paraffin forms crystals. As the temperature falls, more and more crystals form and coalesce into lumps which then block the fuel lines and fuel filter. The active components in ERC Diesel Anti-Freeze „enclose“ the crystals, thus them from growing and coalescing with other crystals. In addition, ERC Diesel Anti-Freeze forms crystallization nuclei which encourage the formation of large numbers of small crystals that can then easily pass through the fuel filter. Component for Filter Dryers Containment systems (isolators, also glove boxes) allow for protected taking of samples, discharging of products, packaging the products in cladded barrels or other containers, the discharge of residual heel for a full product yield as well as filter cloth disposal whilst fully protecting the operating staff whereby at the same time a contamination of the product is avoided. The isolator is connected with the aid of a flange around the discharge stopper at the filter dryer.

Based on the decisive properties of the flexible material, the rubberised filter press is mainly used for the filtration of particularly aggressive suspensions and environments. The aggressive suspensions include, for example, solvents or acids. In this context, the conventional painting of the steel parts is no longer sufficient. THE RUBBERIZED FILTER PRESS OF MSE AS PROTECTIVE MEASURES AGAINST AGGRESSIVE SUSPENSIONS In a complex process, the load-bearing filter press components are coated with a layer of 3mm thick plastic. In the case of the rubberised filter press, the hydraulic stands, feed stand, pressure plate and supporting beams are hard rubberised and the smaller components are made of polypropylene. It is also possible to rubberise only the components in contact with the product, such as the feed stand and the pressure plate.
