Flanged wheels are mainly used on rails to make sure that transport units stay on track. They are made up of a bearing and a wheel centre with a flange. They are used in everything from machine and systems engineering through to pulleys. These environments involve special conditions like heat, contact with oil or chips and electricity. Blickle has five different series of flanged wheels in its product range to meet various requirements. The SPKGSPO, SPK and SPKVS series have a single-sided flange. The DSPK and DSPKGSPO series have a double flange. The flanged wheels are also available in a variety of materials. Compressed cast nylon, steel and grey cast iron series are available. The flanged wheels use either a plain bore or ball bearings. Other bearing types are also available upon request.

So, for instance, you can also measure wheel width, hollow tread and rollover and analyse the profile line in detail via smartphone.

The cam-type limit switch is a device used to control the movement of industrial and construction machinery. Information is transmitted via the shaft actuating micro-switches. Our SA series contains copper weld elbows according to [DIN 2607 - insert UK norm], torispherical heads for the pre-welding and angle flanged wheels for pre-welding.

DAMBACH roller conveyors consist of a stable frame with rollers bolted in place. The rollers are driven by an easily serviced tangential chain drive with tensioning unit housed in a drive enclosure. The entire drivetrain is enclosed for safety and to prevent tampering. Flanged wheels rotate with the rollers to help transport goods carefully. The frame is height-adjustable. DAMBACH chain conveyors consist of self-supporting chain strands mounted on a rigid frame. The number of strands can be varied to suit the application. Duplex chains with straight side plates guarantee careful transport of your goods on an optimised support surface. Chains are supported on low-friction slide rails and can be individually tensioned. All chain strands are driven via a common driveshaft fully enclosed for safety. The mounting frames bolted to the main frames are height-adjustable. MOUNTING SUITABLE FOR MOTORISATION TYPE 97.3 Wheel permanently fixed to axle rotating in bearers with bearings. 1 “Motorisable” wheel mounted on bearers. Adaptation to motor shaft on request. 2 “Idler” wheel on bearers: freely rotating wheel with same overall dimensions as motorisable wheel. From diameter 150 mm, all wheels can be produced in motorisable mounting 97.3. The dimensions of the wheels opposite are given by way of indication. Motorisation can also be carried out on an axle (see page 54 - axles 81/3 - mounting No. 3). FLAT AND DOUBLE FLANGE WHEELS These wheels are produced subject to quotation, ØP of 100 to 600 mm. ROS ’s roller edges can be used in particular for safe movement of boxes and cartons in flow racks. The rolls are made of high qual­i­ty ther­mo­plas­tics (Polypropy­lene), impact resis­tant and break-proof. The mate­r­i­al is acid and base resis­tant and does not absorb humid­i­ty.
