Introducing the Diamond Series Fresh Water Maker, a state-of-the-art reverse osmosis system designed for marine applications. To further improve our Professional Edge Banding Service, we recently invested in a Homag S300 KDF1440. Its automatic glue flushing system, and the addition of a second, quick change, gluing unit, allows us to rapidly change glue colours to match the edging to give a near invisible, high quality glue line. This machine also features three automatic spray stations. The first applies a separating agent to help prevent glue adhering to the face of the board, the second, a lubricant to protect the face of gloss boards and the third, a cleaning agent to prevent a "shine line" when polished. Hinged belt filters, also known as folding belt filters, are used for cleaning contaminated coolant fluids in metal processing and rolling mill applications. Enduramaxx rainwater harvesting tanks are available for above and below ground installations. Above ground plastic rainwater tanks are able to store up to 90,000 litres which can be used for agricultural sprayers off a grain store, water for dairy wash down from barns, pressure washers, greywater systems for flushing toilets for commercial factories and office blocks and a number of applications for washing and cooling in industry. Below-ground tanks are available from 800 litres to 9,500 litres capacity, with the option of plastic or galvanised lid and a range of turret sizes. The user defines the position, evaluation strategy and tolerances of the individual measuring points. The measurement is then carried out with a swivelling movement of the sensor. The sensor records the contour from different perspectives - down to the depth of the gap or completely around a fold edge. The software then evaluates the gap dimension, the flush and the radii. The measured values are displayed on the tablet PC and sensor and compared with predefined limit values using a traffic light system. The measurement data can then be printed as a report or exported as a data record and transferred to existing databases.
