All required protective coatings are made in certified external companies. The basic condition for cooperation is meeting all environmental requirements. Galvanised steel pipes, which are resistant to and all kinds of wear such as corrosion etc. compared to black pipes, are manufactured as pre-insulated to prevent heat loss when used in service water installations, fire hydrant lines and boiler lines.

Round spiral ducts are available in diameters from 80 mm to 1600 mm. The ducts are available as made of 0.4 mm to 1.8 mm thick metal sheet; the ducts in diameters of DN 160 mm or greater are also available with corrugation for improved stiffness and vacuum strength. The corrugations are available as a standard feature for diameters of DN 250 mm to DN 1600 mm. All spiral ducts made from galvanized steel sheet, stainless steel sheet or aluminium sheet meet requirements of air tightness class D according to EN 12237.

Metal connectors with self tapping screws are provided for the fast connection of rubber belts using a cordless screwdriver. FTK connectors are also available for round balers and in a special version for grape harvesting machines. Our steel connectors come in galvanised steel or non magnetic stainless steel. FTK connectors can be installed just using a cordless screwdriver because the screws are self tapping. No hole drilling is needed. FTK connectors are available with screws and connecting cables in lengths up to 3,000 mm, depending on belt width. A variety of connecting rods, lock washers and screws is also available for the initial installation of FTK connectors or as spare parts, plus various cordless screwdrivers, a pneumatic screwdriver, brace, PZ 2 cross head bits and a magnetic bit holder.

Stainless steel is expensive. Verinox offers the same level of quality as the conventional material used for the construction of tanks and containers while using less stainless steel. With Verinox – the duplex material developed by Lipp – a sheet of stainless steel is joined to a sheet of galvanised steel by means of a separation layer.
