Promix gas dosing stations for physical foaming have been specially designed and developed to meet the needs of foam extrusion. Promix gas metering technology is characterized by high dosing accuracy, reliability and amazingly simple operation. Promix gas dosing stations meet all the requirements of a modern gas metering system for foam extrusion. These include high-precision mass flow control, process visualization by means of trend charts, operator-definable operating limits, data acquisition, and synchronization of the dosing rate with the extruder output. The test bench is designed for calibration with critically operated nozzles of domestic gas meters or others such as diaphragm gas meters, ultrasonic meters, thermoelectric gas meters. The test bench is specially designed for the calibration of domestic gas meters (bellows gas meters, ultrasonic meters, thermoelectric gas meters). The test bench is modular - 1x6 to 4x6 clamping positions for the gas meters can be combined. Due to the modular design 1 to 12 gas meters can be tested simultaneously. In parallel, up to twelve additional test pieces can be adapted, run in and leak tested. A magazine consisting of three critical nozzles is used as flow transmitter. Optionally, a nozzle drum with nine combinable nozzles can be used. This allows the generation of up to 512 different flow points with highest accuracy.

Four-channel Ultrasonic Gas Flow Meter Energoflow GFE-404 is MID certified specially designed for applications where very high accuracy is required, e.g. for custody transfer measurement of natural gas. The standard version provides an accuracy of 0.5%, flow meters with an accuracy of 0.2% can be supplied under order. Ultrasonic Gas Flow Meter Energoflow GFE-404 certified to OIML R137 class 0.5 by PTB. The flow meters provide accurate and reliable measurement of the gas flow rate in the pipeline in both directions within the range from 0.1 to 30 m / c. The flow meters are available in a wide range of sizes. The flow meters are pre-calibrated on air as per customer's requirements, pre-calibration on natural gas is provided under special order.

Energoflow GFA-202 Flow Meters can be used as part of metering units of gas distribution points, industrial enterprises and communal service installation. Flow meters are designed for use in continuous operating mode and require minimal maintenance. Flow meters can be included to the measurement networks and control systems. Flow meters has the protection marking "0ExiаIIBT4 Х " and can be installed indoors in explosions hazard zones. Flow meter consists of the electronic unit (EU) and flanged in-line section, having two pairs of inserted ultrasonic transducers as well as temperature sensor and pressure sensor.

Energoflow GFE-202 and Energoflow GFE-201 are MID, ATEX certified state-of-art Ultrasonic Gas Flow Meters designed for accurate and reliable measurement of flow velocity, volumetric flow rate and volume of gaseous substances (gases) transported through pipelines in the forward or reverse direction. The flow meters are installed inline and supplied pre-calibrated on air or natural gas as per the customer's requirements. These flow meters can measure the flow velocity V of gas in a pipeline in both directions over a wide range - from 0.1 to 25.0 m/s (under order, special versions for measuring flow velocities up-to 35.0 m/s are available). They can be used for gas pressures as high as 160 bars and ambient temperatures from -60 up-to +70 deg. C. Besides, the flow meters provide all the traditional advantages of the pulse-time ultrasonic flow measurement technology – no pressure loss, no moving parts, easy servicing and simplicity of use.
