ORBIS Europe offers large collapsible bulk containers for rugged industrial and automotive applications. With an extended length, collapsible design, the XXLPak is designed to handle, heavy, long and hard-to-fit parts. It optimises space utilisation at the same time. Our extra-long bulk containers are available with wide access doors and manufactured from high-density polyethylene using a structural foam-molding process for increased durability. Multiple footprints, heights, door configurations and labelling options are available in order to adapt our large bulk containers to customer’s supply chain needs. We offer cables in different qualities, perfectly tailored to the respective application. The products range from simple PVC up to PUR and PP cable types for food and beverage applications. All cables are available as yard goods or with injection-moulded connectors.

The transparent food dispensers help to reduce the amount of outer packaging. Sell loose goods such as rice, noodles, pulses, cereals or baking ingredients for independent dispensing in the individually required quantity. The food dispensers are available in different sizes. They are filled from above via a large lid opening. Due to gravity, the bulk material always falls down where it can be filled into a container by operating a lever. The suspension device on the rear side is designed in such a way that even containers with different capacities end uniformly at the removal height. A conversion to unpackaged articles is child's play with the help of our products!

Ultrasonic sensors are non-contact and wear-free position switches which can also be used under rough environmental conditions. A key advantage of these devices lies in the fact that the material and the surface characteristics of the objects to be detected can be almost anything. Solids, liquids, grainy materials and powdery materials can be identified without the shape or the color of the object having any influence to the measured result. In addition, the ability to detect transparent materials such as films and fluids is of particular importance. The shape and color of the objects do not influence the result of the detection. The capability to detect transparent films or liquids is also of special importance. Ultrasonic sensors are used for distance measurement (e.g. detection of diameters, loop control), for fill level detection (e.g. silo detection), for positioning and presence detection (e.g. glass pane positioning, film tear check, glass bottle detection)

The TransiTec spiral conveyor is suitable for conveying granulate and powdery bulk materials in almost all branches of industry. The flexible spiral conveyor is easy to install and can be easily shortened on site if required and can therefore, due to its flexibility, be adapted to the respective local conditions. The TransiTec discharge and metering device type DZR is a flat-bottom discharge device which is placed under cylindrical hoppers. The scraper arms provide for the flow of material and the continious feed of the dosing device(s) underneath. The discharge unit DZR can be installed under bag unloading stations as well as under container emptying stations, big bag emptying stations or buffer hopper. This discharge device for poor flowing and bridbuilding bulk materials consists of a cylindrical hopper with welded or boltet flat bottom. The cylindrical hopper ensures that the product flows evenly. An over the flat bottom rotating scraper, driven by geared motor, ensures a constant filling of the underlying dosing device or other aggregate (conveyor, screw, rotary valve, etc.).
