Components furnished with sealing rings are simply joined and allow repeated mounting as well as corrective rotation. The truck dock from Lödige facilitates the loading and unloading of air cargo units onto and off trucks. Equipped with a hydraulic lifting unit and a vertical shift function, the truck dock brings conveyor elements into line with the truck loading ramp. ULDs or pallets are transferred horizontally by a powered roller conveyor. Depending on requirements, the conveyor can be replaced or combined with other technologies such as a ball deck or castor deck. A moving version of the truck dock is also available.

Our sequence-controlled system includes a precision welding head and precise cutting and positioning devices. The two integrated Hydraulic Shears and the strip clamps can be moved so that the leading and trailing strip ends can be fitted precisely. For those who like it less automated but more cost-effective, we have developed a simpler technology – using just one Hydraulic Shear and fixed clamps. The strip ends are positioned manually here – this is supported by an easily accessible hand lever to individually activate the pneumatic clamps. A double edge guide with vertical rollers centers the new strip and can be adjusted also decentral for alignment. The actual welding process is taken over by the operator himself.

The extremely space-saving design of our screen changer allows a lot of creative freedom, both with new machines and in the case of retrofitting, since the structure of the extruder platform only needs to be adjusted a little. The screen changer is installed instead of a connection piece and can be equipped with a hydraulic or electric drive. The simplest way, however, is to use a cordless screwdriver, which makes changing bits a quick and easy endeavor. Screen changers are available for all common throughputs.

The mobile interlocking protection turns a regular ECOVOS hose insert into an interlock connector in no time at all, thereby avoiding double warehouse-keeping. Up to now, special accessories have been required for interlocking hose connections. In order to ensure rapid delivery, all nominal widths had to be kept available in duplicate, one as a standard version and a second as an interlock version. With the mobile interlocking protection from VOSWINKEL, only standard ECOVOS hose inserts are now required. The number of components now to be kept on hand is thereby reduced by more than 50 %. Ranging from textile hoses, including skived and non-skived hoses with wire mesh to interlock applications with a multispiral hose, the same now applies: a single hose connector system for all applications.
