For the majority of the CSN® Filter and Damping Resistors the design is based on CSN® Resistor Webs. The resistor units provide operation at high continuous power, excellence voltage strength and low inductivity while needing only little space. CSN® Filter Resistors are used in HVDC applications as well as in reactive power compensation applications (like SVC, MSCDN, STATCOM) all over the world and have proven their reliability – even under harsh environmental conditions – for long time periods. CSN® Damping Resistors are most often used for buildingup RCcircuits in industrial plants as well as for damping of magnetic cores and reactors. It is also possible to assemble seals and/or other components such as valves, flaps and springs onto our filter screens to form small assemblies. When joining plastic parts, clip connections are mostly used.

Depending on the application, PA66, PE/PES or stainless steel meshes are used, with PA6-GF25 or PA66-GF30 usually used as the body material. For special liquids such as Ad-Blue, POM is used because of its better resistance to Urea.

Due to the required hydraulic oil resistance, PES/PET fabrics and injection moldings made of PA6-GF25 or PA66-GF30 are mainly used. For higher temperatures or pressures, calendered stainless steel mesh is also used.

For strainers and fine filters in the drinking water sector, stainless steel mesh and plastics with drinking water approval (for example according to KTWBWGL, DVGWW270WRAS, NSF, ACS...) are used, mainly POM, POMGF30, PP, PPGF30, TPE.

Sieves, strainers and filter elements are manufactured by injection molding Either a plastic mesh or a metal mesh is placed inside the mold and overmolded with plastic. We focus on small and medium quantities from manual to semiautomatic series production.

We produce basket filters and wire basket inserts of any kind according to customer specifications. Normally perforated plates with round or square perforation as well as wedge wire elements serve as base bodies. The filter baskets are lined inside or covered outside with plain or with pleated wire cloth, according to customer requirement.

We produce filter elements in a virtually unlimited variety: plain or pleated, cylindrical or conical. They are used for the filtration of gaseous and liquid media.

Filter belts are used for a continuous filtration of polymer melt. These filter belts, but also wire mesh pre-cut parts, are manufactured in various dimensions and weaves. For high demands the fabrics are available with high tenacity warp wires. Plasma cut edges assure a continuous and frictionless passage of the filter belts Materials:Stainless steel, plain steel, combinations of various materials.

We produce filter discs and cuttings in any measurement and shape from wire cloths and metal fiber felts. All products can be ultrasonically cleaned, if requested!

We have a well-stocked warehouse with wire-cloth from our own production in all common materials enabling us to respond quickly to our customers needs. Individual specifications can be specially produced on request.
