Electric cylinders are self-locking. So they do not need energy when they stand still. This makes the electric cylinders to be an interesting alternative to pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. Powerful DC motors, signal lines, potentiometers and Hall-ICs for position indication, as well as integrated end switches uncomplicatedly serve for meeting the most frequent requirements.

Our high pressure valves of the JB- series are specially designed for the metered spraying of liquids with a high proportion of solids. The completely dead space free construction leads the medium directly past the valve seat. Deposits and blockages, as known from many spraying systems, are a foreign word to us at Jerko. Compact design with low maintenance - these are the valves of the JB series! Pneumatically actuated, the valves achieve the shortest response times. 15 million switching cycles without repair have been confirmed by a customer. By means of the moveable container with the mixed material, container with separate trolley, will be positioned in the tumbling mixer. The moveable container will be lifted by a pneumatic stamp. The trolley will be fixed in the tumbling mixer by means of a pneumatically actuated draw-in device. The head of the tumbling mixer formed as a container, fixed on the mixing head with four pneumatically operated clamping jaws including forklift pockets and discharge valve. The lifted container is locked to the tumbling head by means of pneumatically actuated locks. After fixing of the container at the tumbling head a SPS controlled tumbling process starts.
