We offer a large variety of wood textures and surfaces. You decide how your prefabricated parts should be shaped. Lines, rectangular shapes, circles or arcs; a smooth surface or clearly textured visual separations. Naturally, we also make “simple” furniture parts for other manufacturers according to any given design or pattern. Examples include bedposts, straight frame or solidwood doors, handles, moulding strips, bases and plinth pieces, drawer front panels, etc. As a systems supplier and reliable partner, we provide both simple and complex items made in our own workshop and crafted according to your exact specifications.

Customers expect good design, quality and ergonomics in a chair. Building a chair poses a special challenge for any joiner. Our trained workers are highly skilled in this discipline, too, thanks to their expertise in modern technology and many years of experience. We make wooden chair legs or sofa and table parts in any style you want, from bold baroque shapes to minimalistic straightline forms.

Just as with the solid wood items, we can also accommodate many customer preferences for round wood veneer furniture parts. We manufacture the parts according to your specifications and use the materials you want Lamella, hardboard, particle boards, bendable plywood, specific wood veneers and edges, or we will work according to a given pattern and use our own discretion. Here again, our 5axis CNC moulding machines ensure precision workmanship. Edge processing, borings and mouldings are part of our standard repertoire in the 3D area, too.

As a supplier to the furniture industry, we manufacture bent or roundcut fronts of solid wood in a variety of wood types (beech, oak, maple, red alder, etc.). For example, our products include solid wood doors, front panels for drawers, round frame doors, and doors for display cabinets. With respect to 3D features, our use of 5axis CNC technology allows us to realise every element with the utmost precision radii, contours, borings, mitre joints, etc. Do you have special requirements for the cut and surface finish? No problem!

UV radiation dryers are particularly suitable for UV-hardening paints. Ultraviolet drying process UV drying is a polymerisation process which is triggered by UV light. The process is primarily used for drying flat substrates, wood and furniture paints, overprint varnish on paper, printing inks etc. The process is environmentally compatible and of a particularly high quality. UV paint would never dry without UV light.
