We offer a large variety of wood textures and surfaces. You decide how your prefabricated parts should be shaped. In addition to the furniture industry, we also supply wood designer pieces to shopfitters, the commercial construction industry, shipbuilders and large interior finishers. We also make custom pieces such as premiumquality wooden lamps or vases to give you tailored solutions that match your specific requirements.

Customers expect good design, quality and ergonomics in a chair. Building a chair poses a special challenge for any joiner. Our trained workers are highly skilled in this discipline, too, thanks to their expertise in modern technology and many years of experience. We make wooden chair legs or sofa and table parts in any style you want, from bold baroque shapes to minimalistic straightline forms.

Just as with the solid wood items, we can also accommodate many customer preferences for round wood veneer furniture parts. We manufacture the parts according to your specifications and use the materials you want Lamella, hardboard, particle boards, bendable plywood, specific wood veneers and edges, or we will work according to a given pattern and use our own discretion. Here again, our 5axis CNC moulding machines ensure precision workmanship. Edge processing, borings and mouldings are part of our standard repertoire in the 3D area, too.

Of course, we also “bend the rules” when it comes to our round headboards, either in solid wood or wood veneer. With our bending and moulding machine and the 5axis CNC machines, we produce (almost) any desired shape and radius. In addition to producing individual pieces of wood, our services also include the associated finishing and processing. You receive varnished and securely packed wooden parts.

As a supplier to the furniture industry, we manufacture bent or roundcut fronts of solid wood in a variety of wood types (beech, oak, maple, red alder, etc.). For example, our products include solid wood doors, front panels for drawers, round frame doors, and doors for display cabinets. With respect to 3D features, our use of 5axis CNC technology allows us to realise every element with the utmost precision radii, contours, borings, mitre joints, etc. Do you have special requirements for the cut and surface finish? Oil-based care products are particularly suitable for treating natural, untreated products. Special teak wood, furniture care or flooring oils prevent the respective woods from drying out and protect against weather influences and UV rays. Teak oils: Back to the natural colouring of the wood Teak is extremely sensitive to light. After a few months the natural colouring of the wood begins to fade due to the effects of light, moisture and oxygen. Special oils help to eliminate greying and regain the natural colouring. Furniture care oils: resistance for wood Furniture care oils make woods more resistant, diffusible and antistatic. Furthermore, these oils can deepen and revitalise the natural structure and colouring of the wood. Floor oils: protection and care of wooden floors Floor oils particularly make softwood floors and cork less sensitive to dirt, abrasion and water. The colour of the wood can also be enhanced by using these oils.

The high-performance and extremely flexible intermittent Form Fill and Seal machine flexo H is particularly suitable for film packaging of wood and similar long parts from 800 mm in length, such as parquet or laminate, mouldings, wood or laminated wood, furniture parts or doors. It takes just five minutes to deal with a pallet of laminate. Similarly, our flexible packaging machines are ideal for similar length products, including skis and snowboards, spirit levels, rolled goods, steel pipes, and many more items.

UV radiation dryers are particularly suitable for UV-hardening paints. Ultraviolet drying process UV drying is a polymerisation process which is triggered by UV light. The process is primarily used for drying flat substrates, wood and furniture paints, overprint varnish on paper, printing inks etc. The process is environmentally compatible and of a particularly high quality. UV paint would never dry without UV light.

Suitable for restoration and cleaning of grayed wood outdoors. The natural color of the wood becomes visible again with this special detergent. For long-term protection against graying and to preserve the natural color, apply a suitable pigmented product.

Suitable for any wood indoors and outdoors such as facade cladding, windows, garden houses, wall and ceiling cladding, wooden floors, furniture, cork, toys, etc. Wood Wax L is also suitable for damp areas like bathrooms and kitchen and even highly strained surfaces like doors and furniture. Wood Wax L is an impervious, open-pore and vapor permeable coat. It protects against graying and soiling and penetrates well. Swelling and shrinkage are reduced.

Suitable for wood decks, wood cladding, shelves, furniture, cork and antique wood objects (furniture, frames, carvings). Bio Wax Tincture is anti-static and offers protection against moisture and soiling. Used as a surface finish the treated objects appear well-kept. Bio Wax Tincture is ideal for refreshing wood varnishes and dull varnished surfaces. Not suitable for damp areas (bath) and surfaces exposed to high-stress.

Suitable for any wood indoors, such as furniture, doors, cork, boards, glued wood and plywood, tongue and groove boards and toys made of any kind of wood. Bio Furniture and Toy Paint is highly water-repellent and offers long-term protection for treated surfaces. Our product is drop reduced, open-pore, humidity regulating and odorless.

Suitable for wood ceilings, cladding, shelves, furniture, cork and antique wooden objects (furniture, timber frames, carvings). Beeswax Balm is anti-static and offers protection against moisture and soiling. Used as surface finish treated objects acquire a sophisticated look. Beeswax Balm is also suitable to renew protective varnish or to shine dull varnished surfaces.

Suitable for use as first or refurbishment coat for any wood outdoors such as windows, window sills, garden houses, facade cladding, timber framing, doors, fences, balconies and garden furniture. Wood Oil Varnish is a transparent, drop reduced, open-pore and UV resistant wood preservative. Our product is nearly odorless, easy to use and penetrates well.

Suitable for any vertical wood outdoors that is to be protected in the long-term. Wooden facades, balconies, windows and shutters, fences, pergolas, wooden slates, garden furniture and garden houses, carports etc. Equally suitable for all kinds of wood. Used as final coating for painted, treated wood our product reduces the need for regular refurbishment.

Suitable for wooden surfaces indoors such as furniture or countertops. Shellac Aqua produces a transparent, exquisite coat.

Suitable for any strained, untreated wooden floors and furniture surfaces, raw or leached conifer, as well as any kind of deciduous wood indoors. Also suitable for OSB-boards and exotic wood. Inoffensive for cobalt or oxime allergy sufferers.

Suitable for any wood or cork floors and furniture indoors. Industry Hard Oil offers highly water-repellent, open-pore surface protection that penetrates well for highly strained surfaces such as furniture, countertops and wooden decks in damp areas. Industry Hard Oil is based on natural oils and renewable resources.

Suitable for any impregnated, especially pressure treated, garden wood and garden furniture, like fences, carports, pergolas, plant troughs, sand boxes. Garden Wood Care Oil prevents graying of impregnated wood, restores color and protects and preserves the treated wood.

Suitable for wooden and plastic surfaces. Furniture Refresher protects, cleans and preserves varnished furniture with a satin gloss, countertops, shelves, doors and tabletops. Rejuvenates the color and helps to cover gray seepage, scratches and mold stains.

Suitable for all wood indoors and outdoors, where particularly durable paint is desired such as wooden facades, balconies, windows and window shutters, fences, pergolas, wooden shingles, garden furniture and garden houses, carports, furniture, etc. Opaque Wood Paint is equally well suited for all types of wood. The product is also ideal for renovating old open-pore paints and weathered wood surfaces. The opaque, open-pore and durable wood coating has proved itself under extreme weather conditions at sea and in the mountains. Opaque Wood Paint is free of biocides and preservatives, which makes it also suitable for indoors. Opaque Wood Paint is of highest caliber and easy to use.

Suitable for any impregnated, especially pressure treated, garden wood and garden furniture, like fences, carports, pergolas, plant troughs and sandboxes. Bio Wood Care Oil prevents graying of impregnated wood, refreshes color and protects and nurtures treated wood.

Suitable for all heavily worn untreated wood floors and furniture surfaces indoors. For raw or leached softwoods and for all types of hardwood indoors. Also suitable for OSB boards and exotic woods! Slip resistance: R10 in accordance with the German Institute for Standardization DIN 51130.

Suitable for wood outdoors (garden furniture, facades, balconies, fences, doors, windows, gates, beams, ceilings), cork as well as clay and cotto surfaces. Water Proofer offers long-term protection against moisture of any kind and impregnates while invisible to the naked eye.
