It is installed without tools and the connections can be quickly fastened and released with additional sealing material not required. The »speedfit« compressed air piping system is fabricated according to BSX 5750 Part I, ISO 9001, EN 29001. The good flow properties and large range of products characterise this system. Plastic pipes, aluminium pipes, air distributor sockets, pipe clamps, water separators, loosening assists, brass connectors, protective caps and retaining rings are included in the »speedfit« series.

Quick-connect couplings consist of two components – coupling socket and plug. They are the ideal interface to connect or disconnect the flow of gaseous or liquid media in lines safely and quickly. Quick-connect couplings are used for the conveyance of air, water, oil, acids or various gases. Here you will find single-sided and double-sided blocking quick connect couplings up to I.D. 19, asymmetrical couplings in different sizes and hydraulic couplings standardised to ISO. Our safety couplings are available in swivel, rotating and push button design and in combination with sliding valve and quick connect coupling. RIEGLER couplings are available with a flow of up to 8700 l/min and in EURO, ARO210 and ISO 6150 C plug profiles. The range of materials goes from bright and nickel-plated brass to different variants of stainless steel up to aluminium, plastic, steel and zinc die casting.

The generation of compressed air is always connected with the formation of condensate. In most cases, this condensate contains oil, is contaminated with dirt particles and spreads out in the entire compressed-air system. A system problem which can result in damage and additional costs. In addition to filtration, compressed-air drying contributes significantly to an increase in process reliability. The energy costs of a compressed-air system are decisively influenced by the pressure drop occurring during compressed-air filtration. To maintain the required operating pressure, this pressure drop needs to be compensated by correspondingly higher compressor performance. FireFox® 2 C – With setting process monitoring This tool is based on the proven TAURUS® C model. Here the setting process is analysed via integrated electronics using stroke and force sensors. The user can defi ne an OK window by means of a special software. A coloured LED on the tool shows the results of the setting process monitoring which can also be recorded and processed via data line. Apllications In the serial production of safety component parts as well as in automated setting processes the FireFox® C allows checking and documentation of the setting process. The DKRF417 humidity and temperature transducer ist the best choice for measurements at very high pressure levels. It is pressure-resistant up to 30 bar.
