Sink dies for casting production are engraved in accordance with their use in reading direction. We produce sink dies in accordance with DIN 1451 in narrow font, narrow-medium font, medium font or broad font. Figure or letter sizes can be individually set by you.

Our polyimide semi-finished products meet the highest demands of various industries, such as the aerospace or the automotive industry. The polyimide semi-finished products are available as solid rods or sheets. Tubes can be produced as short, direct formed pieces. Polyimide semi-finished products are available in various compounds, for example with PTFE or graphite for better coefficients of friction. Polyimide sheets are available in the standard size 305mm x 305mm and a thickness of 1.6mm up to 50.8mm. Polyimide rods have a standard length of 965mm. The diameters of the solid bars are distributed from 6.3mm to 82.5mm.

The marking unit 315 is a very well protected and highly robust device designed for 3-shift operation. All components of this coordinate unit have been developed for regular use and are continuously tested to ensure a constant quality. The set of a marking head and a controller is integrated as a built-in unit by system producers for direct workpiece marking e.g. in transfer lines, production machines or gauging and testing stations. The pneumatic (PN) or stepping motor (SM) adjustment unit allows to forward the marking unit to the workpiece even at places which are difficult to access. The built-in unit 322 is a highly robust device for 3-shift operation. All components of this coordinate unit have been developed for regular use and are continuously tested to ensure a constant quality. Together with a marking head and a controller this marker is integrated as a built-in unit in our special systems or by system producers for direct workpiece marking, e.g. in transfer lines, production machines or gauging and testing stations. The marking head is directly mounted underneath the coordinate unit. Marking areas 100 x 100 mm, 100 x 50 mm, 40 x 50 mm, 150 x 100 mm, 150 x 150 mm, 250 x 150 mm (X/Y) – other sizes possible.

By a process of embossing we structure surfaces of metal strips and foils. Technical structures are created which give you a better stability in your processing as well as a wear-resistant surface. Foils and strips of aluminium, cupper or steal of all degree of hardening will be formed for you. The process of producing directs the adaptation of width and length of the coils. The processed foil can be used by you in an optimum way.

led-light tunnel: For a very diffuse light like a led dome, but better to integrat in a production line. The planistar light tunnel can produce in any size you need for your machine vision application. In the led light tunnel we integrat three systems of edge light systems, so it's a very diffuse led lighting. led Dark field light for steady burning light, switch or flashing: Due to the patented reflector technique the light will be delivered only to a determined direction. this produces an equal dark area over a big examination area. You you have an very legal dark field lighting for your vision system. It's very good for waver and glass. But it's also an lighting solution for many other applications. Xled-Flat dome lights: By the especially patented pressure on the light conductor the light arrives on the examination object, but not into the camera. Due to the depth of field the grid print disappears for the camera and therefore, there is no breakthrough (dark stain) visible on the ecamination area. The flat dome light is very good for reading codes and labels. Coaxial light: these coacial light have a semi-permeable mirror. The light entrance and exit is covered with a non-reflecting real glass. They are equipped with power LED and latest power electronics. The power ist controlled inside.
