The further development of our deburring grinding plates are our patented deburring segments FAPI-FLEX-SAT (patent no. DE20304860 U1). These advanced deburring segments were developed in collaboration with the company Timesavers from the Netherlands. Fast, safe and clean deburring or edge rounding of sheet metal parts is no longer a problem when using these tools. As the name indicates, the aluminium hub of the contact wheel FAPI-VUS DENSE is coated with dense adjoining lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan®. The length of the lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan® can be varied depending on the application (standard: 20 and 35 mm). The lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan® provide the contact wheel with a “running cushion” with which a fine finish is possible especially when working on (strongly) cambered and profiled pieces. The coating adapts to every workpiece to be found. In addition, the contact wheel FAPI-VUS dense contributes in large measure to abrasive belt cooling because the spaces between the lamellae dissipate the heat. The deburring grinding machine is a manually operated, user-friendly deburring machine that is suitable for various machining processes such as grinding, deburring, edge rounding and polishing of metal surfaces. The swivel arm can rotate 180° and enables the simultaneous mounting of two machining discs. The machine is equipped with a vacuum system that fixes the workpiece on the table.

The control units AQ1 and AQ3 are equipped with 1 and 3 motor connections respectively and are designed for all Assfalg handpiece electric grinders. The control units support infinitely variable speed control and store the set maximum speeds for each connection individually. The intelligent control electronics enable applications that previously required a large number of control units. At the same time, the peak power of up to 300 watts allows the most demanding materials to be processed.

The new Enviro 1000 is an automatic water treatment system that purifies the process water and compound produced after vibratory finishing and reconditions it for renewed vibratory finishing operations. The centrifuge cleans and recycles the process water by separating the solid particles and often also oils from the process water and depositing them as solid sludge on the edge of the centrifuge basket used for this purpose. This cycle of processes: Vibratory finishing, cleaning and recycling the process water and finally reusing the process water in a renewed vibratory finishing process saves costs and is extremely environmentally friendly.
