This feeder consists of a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, a new pressure/vacuum pump made by Becker, and a self-programmed control system. All components are mounted on a stable frame made of aluminum construction profiles, which can be placed as a compact unit autonomously at any desired position in the production. The machine can either be operated continuously or controlled by an external signal. This allows inserts to be placed with pinpoint accuracy in a collecting section or at high speed on a conveyor belt to be addressed via inkjet, for example. The TEC 06 form fill and seal machine uses standard polyethylene, biodegradable oxo sleeves or biodegradable sleeves (starch-based). The TEC 06 is particularly suitable for the production of display bags. The sealing head simultaneously performs the top seal of the pouch and the bottom seal of the next pouch, a cut is made between the two welds, and at the same time a pre-cut is made across one thickness of the sleeve to form a "kangaroo pocket" that allows the pouch to be filled. As this pocket is firmly connected to the spool, slippage is not possible, so that the weld seams subsequently run perfectly parallel. Shrink film produces a close bond between the packaging film and the packaged merchandise. The heat-induced shrinking process causes the film to cling tightly to the merchandise or container, thereby avoiding vulnerable points which may suffer damage during shipment or transport. Shrink film may be processed manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically. The shrinking properties may be adjusted to the specific application in terms of both direction and degree of shrinkage. The standard version of EXCOR VALENO shrink film shrinks biaxially, i.e., equally in all directions. Individually tailored degrees of monoaxial or biaxial shrinkage can also be produced on request. All VALENO shrink film is made of polyethylene and can be used in packing machines. The EXCOR VCI substance is integrated into the polymer matrix and active on both sides.

EXCOR VALENO Skin Film adheres to the packed product as tightly as a second skin and retains the product on the so-called skinboard. VCI skin packages are particularly suitable for protecting small items and replacement parts from mechanical and corrosive damage. In practical applications it is advisable to combine EXCOR VALENO Skin Film with EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard because fibre boards with no corrosion protection can induce corrosion if they come into direct contact with metal surfaces. All EXCOR VALENO Skin Films are suitable for use in packing machines.

Gronemeyer lane bridging increases the accessibility of the various machines in a filling and packaging line. The gripper technology permits space-saving bridging of roads or pedestrian walks.
