CODESYS Control Runtime is the leading manufacturer-independent programming system according to IEC 61131-3. Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), ECUs / mobile controllers, visualization devices, motion controllers and additional automation devices in various industries are programmed with this automation software. The CODESYS runtime is implemented on the control platforms of Kendrion Kuhnke and can therefore be used immediately for the machine builder. Kendrion Kuhnke Automation relies on CODESYS as a software platform for a wide variety of applications in the automation industry. For all Kuhnke platforms, this software is available as release CODESYS V3. The IEC 61131-3 programming system offers IEC 61131-3 editors (FBD, LD, IL, ST, SFC), comprehensive debugging and online functions to optimise the application code, as well as fieldbus configurators and editors to generate visualisations. Single and multi-axis motion control all the way to the writing of curves can be projected within the well-known IEC 61131-3 development platform together with all related logic applications. EGE sensors for fluid mediums with integrated measuring & amplifier are compact devices with extremely robust housing and integrated measuring and amplifier. The current flow state is displayed at the sensor using LEDs. The measurement takes place without mechanically moving parts using a thermal measuring element. Limit values are set directly at the device. These sensors are used wherever a safe, reliable and low-maintenance recording of flows is required. This includes e.g. all automation and chemical industries in the most varied areas, such as cooling circuit monitoring, monitoring the flow rate of process fluids, monitoring metering processes or also for pump protection.

The DKRF417 humidity and temperature transducer ist the best choice for measurements at very high pressure levels. It is pressure-resistant up to 30 bar. Thanks to its small dimensions and M8 thread it is very well suited for applications within compressed air lines with small diameter. The probe’s operating range is 0...100% RH and it tolerates temporary condensation. It delivers highly accurate readings of up to 1.8%RH / 0.3°C. For application with containers, IBCs, barrels or trays, the EKX-4 (2-pole) is the Grounding Control Device to choose. APPLICATION AREAS: EKX-4 (2-pole) is mounted stationary, close to the loading/unloading gantry. It is used in gas and dust hazardous areas of zone 1 and 21 for objects to be grounded, that cannot be detected by the standard 1-pole Grounding Control Device EKX-4 such as containers, IBCs or barrels. Further areas of application are the grounding of materials handled with trays on conveyors in automated industrial processes.
